Frequently Asked Questions

What is the pendant made from?

The pendant is made from gold tone finish over lead free alloy (brass). The finish gives the surface a gold-coloured appearance, and the base supplies its shape and weight. The base is formulated without lead, a metal commonly restricted in jewelry by law.

How does the clasp close?

The pendant uses a lobster clasp on its link chain. The clasp closes with a sprung lever and is the more secure of the two common clasp types, though it asks for a little dexterity to fasten when putting the necklace on or taking it off.

Can the necklace be worn at more than one length?

The link chain measures 18 Inch + 2 Inch Extender. An extender is a short length of chain at the clasp that lets the same necklace be worn at more than one length, so the pendant can be positioned at different necklace lengths.

How to Care for Your Golden Initial I Pendant

1. Keep the piece away from perfume, lotion, chlorine and abrasive cloths to help preserve its finish.
2. Wipe the piece dry after wear.
